Dr. Amber Heller is a naturopathic physician and massage therapist dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University. She is also a licensed massage therapist, trained at
East West College of Natural Medicine.

Dr. Heller’s clinical interests include environmental health, mind–body medicine, and botanical therapies. She draws on evidence-informed natural approaches to support longterm vitality, resilience, and disease prevention. Her work blends personalized naturopathic care with hands-on modalities, including craniosacral therapy, manual therapies, and nutrient IV therapy, to support each patient’s unique healing process.

She is particularly inspired by the body’s innate capacity to heal and is committed to helping patients understand how lifestyle, environment, and genetics interact through epigenetic influences. Her goal is to empower patients with practical tools and supportive care that foster meaningful, sustainable change.

A mother of four, Dr. Heller finds joy in time outdoors and brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her clinical work.
