The terms governing your use of the Sphosh Health website, services, products and communications.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sphosh Health website, services, products, and communications. By accessing this website, scheduling services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or services.

1. No Emergency Services

Sphosh Health does not provide emergency medical or psychiatric services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

This website and its communication channels are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for crisis support.

2. No Medical Advice via Website

Information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Viewing content or submitting inquiries does not establish a provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is established only after formal intake, consent documentation, and clinical acceptance.

3. Clinical Services

All clinical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable federal and Washington State laws. Treatment plans are individualized. Results vary between individuals.

Sphosh Health does not guarantee specific outcomes. Clinical decisions, including medication or supplement recommendations, are based on professional judgment and patient-specific evaluation.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be scheduled through online booking systems or by direct contact. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Attend appointments on time
  • Provide required intake documentation prior to services

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in advance per the clinic’s published policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, charged according to the clinic’s published policy. Sphosh Health reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.

5. Telehealth Services

Virtual appointments are provided via secure telehealth platforms when clinically appropriate. By participating in telehealth, you acknowledge:

  • Technology risks (interruptions, data transmission risks)
  • Responsibility for maintaining privacy on your end
  • That telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions

Telehealth is provided in accordance with state licensure regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, approved insurance plans, and other listed payment methods.

If insurance is used, coverage depends on individual plans and patients remain financially responsible for uncovered services. Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services.

7. Insurance & Superbills

Sphosh Health may accept certain insurance plans. For out-of-network plans, superbills may be provided for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on individual insurance policies.

8. Product Sales & Supplements

Products offered through Sphosh Health are selected based on professional judgment and formulation standards. Important:

  • Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless specifically prescribed.
  • Results vary between individuals.
  • Patients should follow professional guidance before starting supplements.

Sphosh Health is not responsible for misuse of products outside clinical recommendation.

9. Refund Policy

Clinical services are non-refundable once provided. Missed appointment fees are non-refundable.

Product returns: unopened products may be eligible for return within the clinic’s stated window; opened supplements are generally non-returnable for safety reasons. Refund eligibility is determined by clinic policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and branding, is the property of Sphosh Health. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sphosh Health is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Errors in third-party platforms
  • Outcomes resulting from failure to follow professional recommendations

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly related to a claim.
